🧱 Available Positions
1. Site Engineers (Affordable Housing Projects)
Responsibilities:
- Supervising construction sites
- Managing daily project activities
- Ensuring quality, safety, and engineering compliance
- Preparing progress reports
- Coordinating with architects, designers, and workers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering
- At least 2 years in building construction
- Strong communication and leadership skills
2. Builders / Masons
Responsibilities:
- Brickwork and blockwork
- Plastering and finishing
- Roofing and foundation work
- Assisting site engineers with structural tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in residential or low-cost housing
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
3. Draftsmen & Architectural Designers
Responsibilities:
- Preparing affordable home designs
- Creating drawings & 3D visualizations
- Supporting the Zimba Challenge housing concepts
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Architectural Drafting
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Revit
4. Project Assistants (Community Housing Projects)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting engineers and project managers
- Managing on-site documentation
- Supporting community outreach during affordable housing programs
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in any construction-related field
