🧱 Job Description
As a Civil Engineer with Smeaton Constructions, you will:
- Supervise and monitor road construction works on-site.
- Prepare project designs, BOQs, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and subcontractors.
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and progress reporting.
🎓 Required Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
✅ At least 2–5 years of experience in road or bridge construction
✅ Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project
✅ Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB)
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
📍 Project Locations
We currently have active projects in:
- Central Region: Kampala, Wakiso, Masaka
- Northern Region: Gulu, Lira, Arua
- Eastern Region: Soroti, Mbale, Tororo
