1. Site Engineers / Supervisors
- Supervise building activities
- Ensure quality standards
- Manage teams & materials
Requirement: Diploma/Degree in Civil or Building Engineering
2. Masons & Bricklayers
- Walling, foundations, blockwork
- Plastering & structural work
Requirement: Experience in construction masonry
3. Carpenters & Roof Technicians
- Roofing, wooden frames, doors & windows
- Ceiling installation and interior finishing
Requirement: Skilled carpentry experience
4. Plumbers & Electricians
- Water systems, fittings & drainage
- Wiring, lighting & electrical installation
Requirement: Certificate or practical experience
5. Interior Finishing Assistants (Smeaton Interiors)
- Interior installation, fabric fitting, décor work
- Painting, tiling & finishing tasks
Requirement: Experience in interior work is an advantage
6. General Site Labourers
- Assist workers
- Mixing, moving materials, cleaning
Requirement: Physically fit and hardworking
